APPLICATION CONDITION

Pre-treatment: phosphating treatment, inscription processing; coating: polyester powder coating is suitable for the following equipment coating: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying.Curing conditions:200·C@ 10 minutes,1800C @ 15 minutes, can also be designed according to customer needs.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Dry and ventilated indoor storage below 30 C, avoid direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If it meets the requirements, it can still be used.
